First of all, i didnt sell this lady this laptop. I had no dealing with this women other than trying to help getting her laptop repaired. The store manager asked her to leave the store several times because she was harrassing our employees. Open box?

You state it came with an open box and a piece of cardboard that had a barcode and Toshiba written on it. I'm not sure why she would've accepted that as new. It had problems right off the bat. I take that as ''day one". Yet she kept it approximately 14 days after the return policy before bringing it back. Ok. She calls HP and has sent it in 4 times. What is wrong with it? My mom bought a new laptop for $800.00. Had problems right off the bat,come to find out, the product# & model# matched the #'sof a refurbished computer. The first time we went to the store, to get them to do something about it the technician, told the store manager, that it was already corrupted, after only a month after having it.
