Located in a beautiful area of Pacific Heights, Circa 1870 is an adorable bed & breakfast with cozy rooms and atmosphere. Raila does everything to make your stay enjoyable. Also, it's within walking distance of Fillmore Street, which has enough restaurants and shops for anyone! Also a quick ride to downtown and Union Square.

What a lovely stay I had at Circa 1870 recently. Innowner Raila, was so welcoming and helpful, getting me in and around San Francisco. She provided healthy, satisfying breakfasts and relaxing evening wine service. The accomodations are bright, clean and comfortable. The location makes it easy to get around the city and you're walking distance from many local shops, restaurants and nightlife.... more

We had a great time at Circa 1870. I was surprised to discover a very negative review of this guest house until I read the article in full - the reviewer has not in fact visited Circa 1870
