Sometimes it's difficult to find an employee roaming the floors. Sometimes I have to go and search for them. I hate asking for help when the employees are attending customers at the register that's why I go and looks for some but it's hard to find them. I do like that they're multiple fitting rooms which it is helpful.

I lost my wallet here at JCPenney at Torrance and I called and they told me that they have it. They even ask my name and verify and they told me to come and pick it up and when I get there they told me that they don't have it. I drive all the way from Fountain Valley and this is what they're telling me Very dishonest!It's a Michael Kors wallet
