By far the best place to have breakfast in the Portsmouth,RI area. Have gone there twice, the food was to die for and the service was fantastic! Highly recommend. :)

Everything you want from a traditional diner; delicious food, homemade muffins, cozy, comfortable, friendly staff, fast service. It's small and few seating but worth it for the services and food.

Cindy's Country Cafe offers standard breakfast fare but also has amazing, interesting specials. Stuffed French Toast and interesting omelets are the way to go when visiting.

Came in for breakfast over the weekend. We beat the rush (barely) and were able to grab a table right away. It is very small! I would plan on waiting in the future - we just got lucky. There are tables and a bar area as well. I was surprised at the prices, I felt that they were a little...
