On Monday April 6th i went to Dr Roth for pain and swelling to one of my bottom front teeth. Right away i was put on antibiotics. Over night it got so bad my face was distorted. I went right back and after seeing me he gave me a prescription for Iv antibiotics at the hospital. The doctors told me if he would have treated me with another antibiotic within 12hours the infection would have gone to...
