My Primary care doctor is excellent and the care I have received at Cigna has always been awesome. From X-rays to blood tests, MRI's and CAT scans, eye exams no matter what I need, they have been great.

Cigna has to have the dumbest, most untrained phone service people ever. The phone wait is incredibly long, the phone people let you wait for 20 minutes and then when you ask them a question they tell you are in the wrong department after having asked your name, your id number and then they transfer you …

I have a great friend who is having huge problems with a growth in her ear. Cigna have declined an MRA (?). a number of times. The doctor who knows my friend says he needs the procedure so he can decide the appropriate treatment. Apparently the tumor is in the ear, a vein and possibly in the brain. I guess knowing the extent of the tumor is could be imortant? Can no one see how scary this is...
