After visiting Rip Current, we went and had dinner at Churchill's. Very good food (fish and chips) and I had a Cellarmaker Brown which was good. Not too busy for a Friday. Staff was friendly and efficient. Good tap list of a mix of local and other breweries. Worth a visit.

Cool little English pub, poor parking

First, the only poor thing of the place is the parking!!! It is very limited and if you don’t mind parking down a dark alley and walking, you might be lucky. Otherwise take Lyft and not worry about it and get trashed!

A few of the people at the conference and I had a nice dinner here. Cold beer and good food. I had the Grilled Cheese sandwich and it was one of the BEST I have ever eaten. Others commented on their choices as being good...

Pub with good selection of beers ... and full bar. Food average to a bit above and reasonable. Friendly staff.

That is the mainstay of a great pub. All things being equal, atmosphere is really what makes Churchill's stand head and heels over our competition. Do we have a decent beer selection? Appeasement stops here. Churchill's delivers to regulars and visitors alike a friendly neighborhood English-pub atmosphere popular with patrons of all ages. Plenty of World War II photography hangs on the walls. They serve always-cold draught beer and even rip it up with live music on Saturday nights. Pub-fare is obviously on the menu.
