The food on Friday and Saturday nights is terrific. Great prime rib at great price. Taco salad on Thursday at lunch was right on and just right size.

I was told a lot of great thing about this place so we carted up and went from Holiday Island. I was very surprised the place was packed. Set down and ordered and had great service. The food came out and was to what I liked. NO mushy fried fish and shrimp it all was chrisp and was very good....

An OK place for lunch. Good sandwiches. Service is OK. Do not expect too much. The fare here is simple and honest. Lunch for 2 was about $20.00 including tip and no alcohol.

Breakfast was yesterday and it was good to see it served on real plates (still using plastic utensils, though). Bride had the sausage gravy on biscuits & I had scrambled eggs with grits & sausage. Our family has stopped in for breakfest and lunch at least ten times since they have opened. The staff is very friendly and the food has been good. From the time you order your food to it arrives at the table has been excellent. It is nice to have a place in downtown Hertford where you can get good food...
