You'll find everyone from "surfers to stuffy bankers" at this "justifiably famous" chain of "gringo"-Mex joints where you select your own "fresh", "flavorful" fillings and watch as tacos and burritos are "made to order"; counter service comes "with a smile", and some sites boast full bars, but for many "it's just a cool place to eat and go."
