Doctor Forman is one of the best Doctor I have been to. I would recommend him to everyone, he knows his business. I had to move so I can't see him anymore.

He has been a just a broker for other services. rubber stamps prescriptions. Refers to specialist. etc. Hung up on obsolescent bp guidelines.

RUN from this "pretend" doctor. This guy has no idea what he is doing. He misdiagnosed me several times with serious life-changing illnesses. Once I figured out most of my issues were diet related and I shared this with him, he turned in to a monster. He will continue to rape your insurance if you let him. His office is horrible at answering or returning calls. Once I figured out my own issues...
