I have not even made it to my first appointment with Dr. Welch yet. The office staff has convinced me to almost cancel my appointment. They're all a pure nightmare. Cannot even mail anything in a timely manner. Then put lies in the computer that they had done what patients have asked of them. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Dr. Harris is absolutely amazing! He truly cares about his patients.
