I really liked using Chong's, at first the folks that took over did a good job, but gradually it got sloppy. Shirts got misplaced and the husband would say come back later when wife is here. I took shirts in for alterations and they were done horribly. I showed a seamstress who was agast. The husband refused to have the person fix it without charging me yet again.
