Switched from Lilac 5 years ago after they kept blocking my driveway with the garbage tote.....
Choice One is small & personal - and that is rare these days....I also like them because they are great about recycling....tote is always left where they found it.
I'm not sure what that one star reviewer was loading up his tote with, but I have never had a problem getting anything picked up as long...

Very nice people, friendly, courteous. I'd rather deal with a local company than a national one. I have called them once or twice about bulky items -- they have been very accommodating.

I have to say I have been with Choice One Disposal for 9 years and found them to be incredibly professional and courteous. They are a family business and lets face it we need a little less corporate America and a little more mom and pop. They charge a fair price and continue to give impeccable service. No bailout needed as long as we all support each other.
