The fact that I had to wait in line for 30 minutes for "fast food" is crazy. Now that they are taking online orders while they take customer order is terrible!! If I can give this place zero stars, I would.This is the WORST chipotle I've ever been to.The management here fucking sucks and the workers are super slow. It's like they're slow on purpose to piss off the customers. Everyone was getting so mad.. too bad this is the only chipotle in downey. If I were you, I would drive longer distance and avoid this one.
