Chinese Gourmet Carry-Out, which is located between the Starbucks and the Giant on Westbard Avenue, has been in business for 23 years. This restaurant serves dishes traditionally found in Chinese take-out and they include steamed dumplings, orange chicken and fried rice, to name a few. The interior decor is minimal as most orders are for delivery.
