Been going to this restaurant for many years. I have never had a bad meal. I like the older quaint atmosphere and think the staff is top notch. Better than any chain out there. I have been here once and once is enough! The food is not the best, and the atmosphere leaves alot to be desired! Old, run down restaurant! They have wine coolers, which is ok!

Great for Lunch

Living in an area where there is no Chinese Food option, we found China Star while on a shopping trip in the Duluth area. We each had a lunch special which includes soup and an egg roll. All items were well prepared and tasted great. There was enough of the entree to bring home for left overs.

The Food was and great and the service even better. I went with 6 friend and there server made sure we were all comfortable and our orders came out at the same time piping hot. We had a great time.

A great value and food is always fresh. The staff is helpful and friendly. Their hot/sour soup is the best I've had. My favorite dish is their chicken lo mein
