A New Vietnamese Restaurant - WOW

I stopped at this restaurant today and ordered spring rolls (two very large ones for $3.00) and Grilled Chicken Salad ($8.00). The salad was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. As were the spring rolls and the fish and peanut sauces. Large servings and efficient service. Hubs and I will go there for a sit-down dinner soon. The restaurant is nicely...

Horrible. The food was very old, the meat in our fried rice had even turned brown and was hard. When I asked if I could get fresh food or a refund, they refused and offered me free soup instead?
