Set up an appointment for a full chimney service but they failed to turn up and did not answer calls. Even after leaving numerous messages they never called back to apologize. In the end I wasted a half day of my vacation waiting in for them. Will not use again and recommend staying well clear. There are more "professional" people available.

Arranged a chimney service a week in advance. Confirmed on the day and spoke at time of appointment with "professional" saying he was on his way.
No one turned up despite several calls to find out why, not even a courtesy call to say they couldn't make it.
Ended up wasting half a vacation day waiting in for them.
Will not use again, will not recommend and suggest they reconsider the use of...
