I have previously eaten at the Gillette location but only for parties so no typical ordering of the menu. This was my first visit here for a lunch on Sunday, it was fairly busy but no waiting. Good casual dining. Friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere. Generous portions. Easy access from Rt. 22. We have gone here since the 1990s, and have recommended it to friends.

Chop Rock salad and pizza varieties are a favorite; we have dined here as a couple, team and family regularly for years. Always busy with an upbeat atmosphere. Looonnng wait for a table weekends after 5 PM but a fun spot where your kids are welcomed and simple bar style food is well served by very experienced waitstaff.

Stick with the pizza, 3.5 stars

The bar pie is good, the rest of the food we have tried has not been very good. So the obvious solution is to stick with what they do best, try the pizza. Do not get any of their bbq. Stick with your typical sandwiches, burgers and pizza and you will be happy.

Chimney rock is always crowded, people seem to go there for the thin crust pizza, which to me tastss like pita bread.
