Disappointed service for gas fireplace

If you have a natural gas fireplace and need some maintenance work from Chimney Master, I recommend you do NOT hire them. Service charge was much higher than the quality of service received! Not qualified, no tools. He will wipe down your glass, re-arrange logs and charge you $75 for 20 minutes of that.
