Dirty, Horrible service

We chose Chili's because they could accommodate our very large group. Because of our size, service was bound to be slow. However, the dirt alone is why I would not eat there again.

Slow service, burnt food-many more better options available

Seated in bar area, service incredibly slow and there were only 3 other tables occupied. Fajitas came out totally burnt. With the large amount of local dinning choices nearby there is no need to eat at this chain. We ate here due to it being across from hotel and had just arrived and this was convenient.

Not good and dirty

We were seated right away by a friendly hostess and waiter was very friendly. The place is very dirty from the wrapped silverware, to the dirty sticky tables all the way back to rear tables and bathroom. Rear table area floor had what looked to be salad dressing all over the floor and the bathrooms were disgusting and no paper...

Warning, don't sit next to Hooters

The Chili's staff were very accommodating for our group of 4 adults and 4 toddlers. We ate outside and the staff expedited the children's meals. All of the food was good. The only issue was the loud blaring music from the adjoining Hooter's Restaurant. No one was sitting outside Hooters, probably because of the loud music. It was a shame...

Not even good for the quick meal

We were scrambling around after 9 o'clock looking for a quick meal, went into the restaurant and nobody to seat you - so you may need to find your own place to sit. Place was a bit dirty, tables not cleaned off and overall looked unkept. Lots of staff standing around chatting and on the phone. Bartenders were wonderful though...
