The food is good, but the service, on the whole, is not. I think there are much better places to eat in Moreno Valley, especially since there is frequently a long wait to eat at Chili's. I don't think it's worth it!

Well, the atmosphere is nice. Friendly service. The only complaint i have about this place: my steak was overcooked last time i went. I ordered a medium. Instead of a medium, i received a well done. Other than that, everything was fine.

I really like Chilis. they have great food at resonable prices. Very kids friendly, great waitresses/waiters. I always get fabulous service and great food. My kids love it too.
