Started out with a very slow waitress and no napkins, but the Manager did try too fix the situation and I as pleased with her, but the waiting for napkins while my Granddaughter had ketchup every where as unacceptable

Too much talking not enough customer service.... I got up to get my own napkins. My appetizer came WITH my meal , I did not get my cocktails until after my meal I had to return my own cocktail because it wasn't to my liking. Then had to return to the bar to pick up the replacement drink, I felt like I worked there. Waiter was way too slow ( perhaps he/she was new ). Hope I get better...

I almost never have an issue with this restaurant. However, last night was horrible. Our waitress Chiquita was just bad, she was a terrible waitress. How do you forget to bring water and napkins to the table? She forgot my corn, another waiter ordered it for me. I was just disappointed with this restaurant for the first time. I will not be back for a while.
