Help us make it rightSpicy is the name of the game and greasy/oily is one and the same! Chili Palace is a Hunan restaurant in Milpitas, where the majority of their dishes are totally red and piping hot spicy! Unlike most Chinese restaurants, Chili Palace is quite clean, which makes the dining experience quite enjoyable. Also, the waiters there are quite friendly and make suggestions to us "spicy" newbies.

The dry fried cauliflower was not dry at all, All water, wet, and soft. Not good.
I tried more than 5 times with 20 kinds of dishes, not SPICY at all.
