Spicy is the name of the game and greasy/oily is one and the same! Chili Palace is a Hunan restaurant in Milpitas, where the majority of their dishes are totally red and piping hot spicy! Unlike most Chinese restaurants, Chili Palace is quite clean, which makes the dining experience quite enjoyable. Also, the waiters there are quite friendly and make suggestions to us "spicy" newbies.

The dry fried cauliflower was not dry at all, All water, wet, and soft. Not good.
I tried more than 5 times with 20 kinds of dishes, not SPICY at all.

We recently visited (or rather ordered take-out) from the Chili Palace in Milpitas, CA. Quite possibly the worse Chinese food we have ever had. We ordered three items: Beef with Broccoli, Sesame Chicken and General Tso's Chicken. Not particularly adventurous dishes but they shouldn't present any problems to prepare either.
