My 10 month old has been at Childtime Highland Knolls since she was 3 months old. The infant room has the most caring and kind teachers. Being a first time mom, like any parent, I was extremely thorough in searching for the right daycare. I chose Childtime because of its rating on the Texas Dept of Family and Protective services.

The management Staff is very involved and steps in when needed. Unlike another chain daycare, I don't have to feel like another parent to the reception desk. The staff is very personable and open to any type of feedback. I've had minor issues like feeding...

I had the best care from Dr. Kelly Duncan at Advanced Dermatology. I went for follow up and saw her more than experienced and qualified PA, Gilbert. He was great. I had my skin cancers diagnosed and treated with the best. I highly remommend this office. Yes, it's hard to get into because they are busy. But a sign of a busy office is a sign of a good Dr.

First time I arrieved 4 minutes late and they din't received me, so I made another appointmente and in the new appointmente they made me waited more than one hour wainting.

The most glaring problem was that my file was not up to date! I was on my 4th visit to this office and was asked where I had been for so long. When I replied that I didn't fully understand what they meant I was told that I had come in for my initial consultation and then just "disappeared". I tried for a week to call and get an appointment at the Sugar Land location. 3 times I was put on hold. After 10 or more minutes, I hung up. I called 2 more times and was able to get an answering machine. Left my name, numbers and issues and NO ONE called me back. Called them again this am at 8:30.
