What a terrific place to work out. Wonderful staff, very helpful. Have the best Tai Chi class in Chico without an extra fee. Have lots of equipment to work out on; Plenty of yoga classes, peppy exercise teachers, senior classes, toasty pools and boy/girl spa's that are separate. Spacy locker rooms. Have been going there for 20 years and really appreciate Jeff offering quality Tai Chi class...

Great place, with lots of classes to chose from with a variety of times and instructors. It has been 22 years since I last worked out there...it still has the same friendly feeling. I am so glad...
