Hello,

I visited the Uptown location of Chicken Salad Chick today and was very disappointed. I ordered one scoop of buffalo barclay with fruit as my side. I received 4 crackers to go with my scoop, and a pile of soft, way overripe grapes for my fruit. I've never had such poor food at the Pineville location. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

I love Chicken Salad Chick. It is a Friday tradition for me. I just wanted to let you know that your staff at the Downtown Charlotte location is wonderful. They are friendly and courteous. And I'd like to give a special shout out to Benjamin! He is a delight! Keep up the good work!

The service was very good and helpful. But 3 chicken salad plate was TOO MUCH chicken salads. Side of grape salad was nice but way too sweet. Jalapeño chicken salad , and onion one were good.
