They were very understanding and helpful with accommodating my work schedule and re-scheduling when needed. David went above and beyond in dealing with the maintenance people and the crazy conditions in our condo building. I would call him again, absolutely.

The technician knew what he was doing, showed up when they said he would, and had the parts he needed to fix the appliance. He finished in a timely manner and I feel I was charged a fair price. Nice work. I would call Chicago Appliance Repair again.
