Initially, I dealt with Chiang's Frame first as an ebay customer. I bought some 24x30 sized frames for a couple of professionally taken family photos from their ebay store. I received some great sturdy wood frames with no imperfections as promised; quality felt as if they were going to last me forever (or until my house catches fire or gets flooded... *knock on wood* which of course I hope doesnt happen ^.~ haha).

Also, the funny thing is, I usually dislike buying stuff online (let alone frames) since I can't really inspect the quality of the merchandise beforehand. But the stuff I bought...
