Milwaukee to me was a culinary desert until I found this restaurant! Chez Jacques' food has the real European taste (and very tasty freshly baked bread!), and we LOVED it. Rarely do I complain, and I have never written a negative review of a restaurant, but my experience at Jacques was so sickening that I simply can not overlook it.

The restaurant had been recommended by our son several years ago. We went to their prior location, a block away and enjoyed it. Today my wife and I returned with six friends.
