Great first apartment! I've had a wonderful experience and really enjoy living here. Office staff is very nice & friendly and maintenance is excellent. Our refrigerator quit working and they were immediately on it- we got a new one that day. Rarely hear any noise from neighbors. Apartment is spacious, there's a washer and dryer inside the unit (which is wonderful!)I would definitely recommend...

looked at all apartments in nac and this was the best price for the amount of space
comes with washer and dryer
moved in august 2004 and had all new carpet, paint, lights, and mini blinds and it looks beautiful
sucks that you cant have pets though and the appliances are kinda old and ghetto but they work great

I lived at Chevy Chase for approximately two years. I never had any problems while living there. The rent was reasonable, the location was close to SFA campus and my apartment was nice. The staff was very helpful, too. I understand that it's not one of the newer apartment complexes in Nacogdoches, but I would recommend taking a look and considering them.

Chevy Chase has fast service if anything every is wrong, maitence is quick to fix, equipped with washer and dryer. Spacious apartment at a great price. This is your best choice....come live here!
