By far the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. They sold me a truck they didn't have on the lot, then couldn't get it delivered. Then tried to talk me into buying their truck that had extras I didn't want. Finally got the right truck but it was dented -took almost a month for them to fix.

Used car manager was a total jerk. We tried negotiating on a fair price for all but he was set on this sticker price and that was it. We were working with Nico who was wonderful and helped us answer all the questions and even went out and got a truck that hadn't even been listed yet or detailed in order for us to look at.
