DON'T DO IT, just don't. OK, follow along. I saw, bid on, and won a 1999 Ranger with 28K miles on Ebay. I did the fact check, according to the serial number in the ad. WHAT I FOUND WHEN I DROVE 100 MILES TO GET THE TRUCK WAS DIFFERENT. The serial number in the ad was not the serial number of the truck. The pictures of the truck interior...
