New dentist is a judgmental scamming con-artist!

First off, I was told that they'll be doing this new plan where I come in every three months, 4 times a year for the cleaning and x-rays (thinking it was covered). Come to find out, my insurance only covers the two (as usual), and I had to pay for my cleaning and x-rays!! Had no idea and thought they'd be covered! SCAM!

Second off, since I only saw them three months ago, somehow I acquired 5 cavities!
The dentist couldn't even talk to me herself, she had to have her secretary tell me that I need to start brushing and flossing. Guess what? I do that EVERY DAY, ALL THE TIME. I don't drink soda, and I don't eat junk. My diet is good. So, please run by me again how I acquired 5 cavities?

Third off, they all act like their too busy with horrific attitudes of wasting their time when asking questions, and I am a very nice person.

I feel like a revolving door customer. This is people's lives and health you're dealing with, they shouldn't be acting like Car Salesmen!!!!!

I will be changing dentists today!!!

3 words: Ghetto. As. HELL. I literally ran out. Well, no, I waited a half hour, then ran out because the time they kept me waiting allowed my fears to balloon out of control. Every man for himself!

Dentists here are nice which is why I keep taking my mom here but oh man do the front desk staff seriously need customer service training! I have never seen such obvious disdain for the patients....
