Good: We liked the positive and friendly office staff.. Bad: Nothing.. Improvements: The tile and grout was nite and day after the cleaning.. Other: I've told my friends and chem dry seattle has 3 jobsalready..
I had gotten three bids and theirs was competitive. I like the "dries quickly" thing especially in this part of the country. Don't call them if you want a quick job though, They were careful getting the equipment in and out and even put on booties over their shoes. My 4 year old carpet looked like new. This was its first cleaning since installed.
There not high pressure salesman and cleaned the best job possible,for carpet and furniture that's five years old. Thanks
