I had Chem Dry of St. Louis clean our carpets Dec 2010. The tech was on his cell phone the entire time at our home. After he left, we noticed that a window was broken from the inside. Owner of Chem Dry refuses to acknowlege damage of $189.

I have had Chem-Dry clean my carpets on multiple occasions and have always had excellent service. What I have liked is that I can tell them to focus on certain areas of my carpets (like stains or high traffic areas) and they seem to always get those areas clean.
