I asked the owner of the company (who answered the phone, a nice touch) if the process would remove residue on the carpet. He assured me it would, and I made an appointment for that day. The technician was an 1.75 hours late. I asked the tech to tell me the ingredients in the spot cleaner. Since he couldn't tell me what was in the spot cleaner, I asked him not to use it.
