As the previous reviewer said, this really is an impressive toy store with the works...plus, I think they have even been hosting Santa for free on weekends lately.

Though this homegrown store has always been a favorite, the new expanded space is amazing. It's wonderfully organized, the employees are extremely knowledgable about all age groups and are very helpful, and the products are great quality. The toys are fun and educational--not overly commercial like so many other places. And the gift wrapping makes it a must for birthdays and holidays.

Cheeky Monkey Toys stands out among the shops lining Santa Cruz Avenue in the heart of Menlo Park's downtown district. This shop, which is independently owned and operated by Anna and Dexter Chow, carries the type of toys you won't find at the local big box store. For 10 years running, Cheeky Monkey Toys has been voted readers' choice "Best Toy Store" by the local paper, The Almanac.
