Best pool supply business in town, honesty, friendly and not over priced

What a great business! I spent an hour at Paddock looking for a part they decided they didn't have and didn't even offer to order one. I went to Leslie's and they said they didn't have it, but could order it and it would cost about $120. I went to Checker they had it in stock and it cost $83. I have gone back there several times over the last few months and they have gone above and beyond what was expected and even replaced a few minor parts on my Hayward sweeper at on charge!!!

Pros: Fair prices, friendly, helpful and very knowledgable

I have been taking care of my family's pool since 1966. During that time, I have been to many pool specialty stores looking for parts, advice, etc. Finally, someone referred me to Checker one day. I will never go anywhere else. They don't sell you anything you don't need and they are quick and cheerful with advice on how to keep your pool clean, clear and nice.

John, Bill, Steve and the rest of the guys know their pool and pump supplies! Sure you can take in your water sample and get your free water test. They'll tell you how much chlorine, acid, etc to keep it sparkling. But the real value is these guys know their stuff! Need a part, they got it at a reasonable price. Need advice on how to fix something, they'll take the time to talk you through it.... more
