I've had three different vehicles worked on, and wouldn't go anywhere else except for warranty work. Once, they replaced front struts on my wife's car. After about 3 months, the problem was back. It turned out to be a bad part that they installed. I went in because my car was making a funny clanking noise everytime I braked. The mechanic told me straight up what it was and how much it was going to cost me. He was honest about it and the repairs did not take very long. The prices were okay but I was impressed with the quickness of the repairs!
