I decided since I wasn't sure what I wanted to try their appetizer that offered a taste of several different dishes. Oh man, the app alone could feed the whole table! It was huge and delicious. It tends to be a busy place but the staff is friendly and worth the wait. Especially with limited choices in Bayfield.

This place has great Mexican food! Bayfield is a small town and doesn't have many options for restaurants unless you go into to Durango. But if you want some Mexican food this is the spot! The service is great, chips and salsa always full!

Service, salsa, and outdoor patio all are great.Chile verde with tomatillo sauce was flavored well and loaded with pork chunks. It comes with guacamole (plus rice and beans).Authentic.

You can't use 100 characters to say nothing, so.....the salsa was pretty good and the server was very good. That's the only good I can say. I have never been served a taco where the soft tortilla was covered in some kind of oil. Disgusting! The food was bland. The rice was lukewarm. The beans tasted like someone had spilled...

Seriously, keep on going! Worst Mexican food ever! Also don't stop at the one in Durango either, I think it is worse! Our area is not known for good Mexican food try the brewery or just about anyplace else.
