The facility needs to be upgraded. Updated paint can only do so much. Built before ADA guidelines. The activities and therapy departments are excellent and well run. The therapists and activity people are great with my mom. The food is acceptable, I would say typical hospital food. There are exceptional nurses and aides but when they aren't exceptional they're pretty bad. The place lacks a good Administrator and you have to be careful not to complain. They cannot make a mistake and you will know it. Communication with families isn't great with the nursing staff at times. They do have a caregiver support group. Freshen up nursing and social services with new or additional staff and it would be a better rating.
