Great place to live. Manager is very attentive, is constantly working at keeping the complex and grounds in good condition. Manager was very good about responding and fixing things in the townhouse whenever a problem arose. Thanks Jeff!!

I love the unit and the manager keeps everything looking nice. I Plan on signing a lease her next week. I met a couple tenants and they seem like great neighbors. Thanks Jeff!

When you move out he will keep your deposit for six months or more. He will then charge you extra for cleaning your apartment and keep most of your deposit. Beware. There are no consumer protection groups in Hastings so you are just S.O.L. This is the reason Hastings will never grow as a city and why the businesses there will never have a supply of dependable labor.
