How come i pay rent but others get away with knot paying for months?? Looks like im just gonna stop paying an live for free. Thanks

The playground is on site, clean and well kept. The snow removal is quick. The complex is close to supermarket, stores, mall, and the interstate towards Boston and Fall River. The laundry machines may break down once and a while due to overuse but, there is a laundry service less than one block away that is very inexpensive. The team that maintains the complex keeps it up as best they could...

Bad outdated heating system. Bad maintainence. Laundry rooms are repeatedly out of order. Place is in disrepair. Management is rude and does not care about tenant concerns.

This complex has the worst service operator! Been without hot water for days and they hung up on us, then others! Hot water is included in the rent.
