Being a novice Indian cuisine diner, I accompanied my coworker to this wonderful Indian restaurant in Fremont. Serving light small dishes, the meal was made up of numerous "appetizers" or Indian street food, and hit the spot nicely.

Pani Puri: round, hollow, fried crip - poke a hole in it, fill it up with beans and dip in various sauces, and flavored water.

Sev Puri: another awesome...

You get very tasty Indian south/north Indian food. Prices are reasonable (US$10-15/person). Bit crowded, because of its popularity. This waiting is alright for the assured good food.
