They're straight fire. The receptionist sounds like Adele and has a pug who greets you at the door every time I go in for a service request. They waived our pet fee for next year when we signed with them because they know bitches love puppies. Most of their houses come with fences so you won't be worried about that in the middle of the night! Totes magotes would recommend signing on with them....

These people are horrible to deal with. Very unresponsive and unconcerned with their customers unless they are recieving money from them. The price went up $25 a month from the original quoted price and i was informed "prices would probably be going up" at resign. Also, it was made very clear to me they only do 6 mo leases. DONT DO IT!! These people are horrible to deal with! They are very unresponsive with maintenance. Adrian Fletcher is the agent i dealt with. She rushed me into the sale, using her sales training to build urgency by telling me they have people "chomping at the bit" for the house i was looking at that wasnt even listed on their site! I would never recommend that anyone sign a lease with this management company. They are rude and unprofessional. Work orders are never completed on a timely manner. The manager is never on time or prepared for meetings. They do not clean the carpets like they claim to in the lease agreement. I regret signing a lease with them and will never make this mistake again.
