I took my 87 year old grandmother to this branch to open an acct with chase. She lives in a very small town in s east tx and was assured that she would be able to wire money from this acct with no problems online. After setting up an online acct and logging on 5 different times throughout the day, it was all of a sudden blocked. When we contacted the 800 # provided to clear the block the customer service rep we has the misfortune of dealing with was the rudest lady i have ever done business with identity and they would!
