this chase bank so bad they don't even have any 1$ for exchange ask for $1000 in 1$ the teller say we don't have that much she did not ask any of the coworker if they have any 1$...

Online account information not available one one account last week. Now not available on all accounts. Spoke with senior account on telephone employee. Said should be corrected within 24 hours....

I am out. I went there to open/ change an account. Our wait time was 20 minutes. Every 5 minutes am associate said someone would be right with me. They were apologetic... I heard "sorry, someone...

used to love this bank when it was wamu now I am taking my banking else where the employees cant even stand it now. I have never had so many bank fees in my life.
