Very nice and friendly relationship bankers, too bad Chase bank has unethical business practices and stole funds out of our account.

My recent experience is that Chase took $675 out of my account without my knowledge and expects me to pay for it as they claim it's not their fault it's their "system". I banked with them for 7 years prior and I do blame myself for not doing my due diligence and looking at other financial institutions in the area. Not only are they unethical, they are more expensive for account upkeep/monthly...
