Nothing against Chase Bank but this branch is awful. Rude tellers don't even look at you when you are right in front of them. And I said something like are you listening for my request and he said yes pointing to his ear and kept doing something else with the stapler that it wasn't for me. Then he just laughed. I …

I am so happy to be a Chase customer! They helped me with fraud protection, and they gave me a new Chase card to replace the old one. They're all nice, and easy to talk to. Great customer service!
